Does the free plan expire?
No. Free is free permanently, with no trial countdown and no locked core features. Pro is an addition, not a paywall dropped over things you already had.
Where is my time data stored?
In a database file on your own computer. It is not uploaded, on any plan. If you enable weekly reports, a small summary (app names, project names and durations) is sent so the email can be built. Nothing else leaves your machine.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing. Your history lives on your computer, so dropping to Free never deletes anything. You keep full tracking and all the free reports, and simply stop receiving the Pro extras.
When do the "coming soon" features arrive?
They are on the roadmap, not shipped. Buy Pro for what it does today rather than for what is listed as coming soon. That list is a statement of intent, not a delivery date.
Which payment methods work?
Major credit and debit cards, processed on Hyp's secure hosted page. Card details are entered on their servers and never reach SmartTime.
